Prevuously he was the Co-Founded of CSO Insights, which is now the research arm of Korn Ferry. He has more than 29 years of sales and marketing management experience. Jim began his career with IBM and Sterling Software. He is also a contributing editor for CRM Magazine, Top Sales World, CustomerThink, and Harvard Business Review.
