David has been a technology leader at Alvaria (formerly Aspect) for 20 years, and has been responsible for areas such as development of real-time streaming analytics, software architectures across the entire product set, and Alvaria’s technology shift to the cloud. He is an inventor and thought leader with nine core contact center technology patents. David is a problem-solver and attributes his success to spending more time collaborating with customers than tinkering in the lab.
