Picture of Frank WeigelFrank Weigel is the General Manager for Customer Care Intelligence at Microsoft. He is focusing on building SaaS offerings that allow companies to digitally transform their customer care through Artificial Intelligence such as virtual customer support agents. Previously Frank lead the PowerApps PM team, enabling the broad base of Citizen Developers to create custom business apps. Prior to joining Microsoft, Frank spent a decade at startups in the San Francisco Bay Area in a range of product management roles, most recently as VP of Products at Couchbase, working on a distributed high-performance NoSQL document database.
