BARTON GOLDENBERG, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT, ISM INC. His foresight in combining sales, marketing, customer service, business intelligence and social media into customer-centric business strategies laid the foundation for today's customer-driven marketplace and led to his induction into the CRM Hall of Fame.

Barton writes frequently for leading publications and has been featured in USAToday, CIO magazine, Direct Marketng News, CRM magazine and may others. He is the author of three books and is currently working on a fourth, “Integrated Digital Strategy - Your Roadmap to 2030”.

His real-world case studies, humorous style and results-oriented approach have made him a popular customer relations and customer-centric strategies presenter, from the Gartner 360 Customer Summit, Dreamforce, Selling Power, The CRM Evolution conference and more.
