Hotel Reservations

Discounted guest room rates of $299 (plus applicable taxes and fees) for a single or double room at the Renaissance have been arranged for attendees who book through the official housing bureau, Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC). Rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the hotel directly. Rates will remain in effect until April 5, 2019, subject to availability. Early booking is suggested! Credit card information is required to confirm all reservations.

As a special consideration for Marriott Rewards Members, attendees who book within the official room block, complimentary in-room wireless Internet is included in the discounted group rate. Non-members may sign up at check-in to receive this benefit immediately. For guests who choose not to participate in Marriott Rewards, the Renaissance will extend a discount rate of $6 per day for wireless in-room Internet.
