Product Manager, Customer Experience

FourKites is looking for an experienced, innovative and strategic thinker to join our product management team within Customer Experience. This role will be responsible for defining key experiences for Enterprise customers interacting with FourKites’ suite of products. This person will drive the product roadmap and the development of self-service experiences and the tools and platforms needed to deliver modern and delightful interactions. This person will help identify opportunities to use innovative technologies in the areas of machine learning and AI to scale our business.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer experiences and who can serve as an advocate for our Enterprise customers across all of FourKites’ product lines and business units. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovative and highly visible projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product requirements based on data-driven approach and inputs from customers, activity data, and stakeholders across the business.
  • Analyze customer data to derive feature experience improvements, and enhancements
  • Integrate requirements into the product roadmap and provide accurate timelines and status back to stakeholders
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing teams to coordinate development, implementation, and roll-out of new customer experiences on multiple surfaces.
  • Develop metrics, systems, and processes to measure the effectiveness of the experiences we’re delivering and be able to identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • Work with Leadership to define product vision and roadmap for online customer self-service experiences, including use of data science to provide modern and scalable experiences
  • Identify new areas for product feature development by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive gaps.

Requirements:

  • Strong product management and strategy experience in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in working with product teams – leading collaboration with engineering, UX, project management & product teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making in product development.
  • Strong Communicator: is highly articulate and makes arguments in a compelling manner; communicates with passion, energy and excitement.
  • Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing product input from multiple sources (users, leaders, competitors, market factors, partners, engineering, management, etc.).
  • Experience working in a large organization with multiple teams, structured service design life cycle and executing in Agile framework.
  • Passion and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Pendo and/or site analytics tools.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business, strategic and technical acumen. Visionary and detail-oriented.
