As a member of Santander’s retail banking division you’ll help serve Santander’s retail and small business customers as part of one of the top banks in the United States based on deposits. Describe the basic function/primary purpose of the position.

Support the CRM organization in developing, implementing and managing changes to the customer database



List the position's primary duties or major accountabilities in 7-10 concise, comprehensive statements. All job duties are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Lead all aspects of the development, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the customer database user interface
  • Gather, review, and analyze requirements submitted by business users and subject matter experts
  • Analyze the complexity of proposed changes and/or enhancements to the customer data tools
  • Liaise with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure approvals for requirements and functionality
  • Develop test plans and manage the execution of User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist with Implementation of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all Santander policies and regulatory requirements surrounding Information Security
  • Implement requested capability, and incorporates changes into theproduction cycles.
  • Troubleshoot problems associated with applications and cross-platform integrations and track issues



Identify the minimum education, experience, etc. required for this position.

  • Education: Bachelors or Equivalent
  • License/Certificates: PMP preferred
  • Experience - Between 5 - 8 years
  • Technical Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, mathematics, Project Management, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in project and product management or business analysis fields with a focus on Technology
  • Project Management or Business Analysis experience required
