THECALLR Launches New Zoho Integration

Verizon also announced today that THE CALLR will leverage the company's enterprise cloud solution to expand its smart voice services around the globe.

THECALLR provides end-to-end, smart voices services that allow companies to connect with customers anywhere in the world by providing local phone numbers, call routing, and voice broadcasting, SMS, and click-to-call functionality. With THECALLR businesses can leverage the phone for appointment confirmations, just-in-time customer service, debt collection, real-time call routing, and custom SMS messages for top customers. THECALLR brings voice communications to a new level with a complete cloud-based solution and advanced API integration.

THECALLR services include the following:

  • THECALLR API—a complete API delivered in JSON that enables advanced integration into any CRM solution or business application;
  • Zoho Integration—Track any inbound or outbound voice campaign directly from Zoho CRM. Automatically import Zoho contacts and data to automatically update contact cards with call tracking, outbound dialing, and SMS details.
  • CALLTRACKR—A smart, cloud-based call tracking solution that measures and analyzes inbound and marketing campaigns by tracking incoming calls from anywhere you advertise, including click-to-call campaigns on the Internet, radio, and TV.
