Really Simple Systems Releases New Mobile CRM Application for SMBs

Really Simple Systems, a vendor of cloud CRM systems, today released its mobile CRM application. The Web based CRM solution works on iPhones, Blackberrys, and phones powered by Android or Windows, as well as Internet-enabled smart devices and tablets.

Really Simple Mobile CRM provides users with real-time access to the company's customer, prospect, and sales pipeline data. Users can retrieve and update information on accounts, contacts, tasks, activities, and opportunities. Google Maps is integrated into the application to provide location-based services, such as directions and maps.

"By building the application in HTML5 we have avoided the synchronisation, installation and maintenance issues associated with downloadable apps," says John Paterson, CEO of Really Simple Systems. "Running the mobile CRM application over the Web makes sure that all updates are in real time and stays true to the 'no local software' cloud philosophy."

Paterson adds, "The need for physical infrastructure can hamstring a small company's ability to grow. Access to all of the company's resources while out and about is essential to an increasingly mobile workforce, and the cloud CRM is the perfect mechanism to deliver these simple business solutions via smartphones."

The mobile CRM application is free to Enterprise Edition customers, with a monthly per user cost to Premium Edition customers.
