Valid USA Acquires Marketing Software Company
Valid USA has completed the acquisition of Marketing Software Company (MSC), a provider of database marketing solutions.
Established in 1975, MSC manages and maintains large, comprehensive databases for its clients to implement multichannel direct marketing campaigns. MSC's customer-centric solutions include database design and large-scale data management; data accuracy and enhancement; digital campaign management; predictive modeling, segmentation, and data analytics; on-demand, real-time reporting and analysis, large-scale email management and deployment; mobile and SMS marketing; and a full-range of customer-centric services, including implementation and management of event-based marketing, loyalty programs, and other services. MSC's key capabilities include digital marketing distribution and value-added data analytics to improve client's market reach. MSC's complete solutions for customer identification and long-term management across all media channels, including mobile, SMS, and email solutions complements Valid’s existing capabilities.
