A well respected technology and contact center industry veteran, Wes Hayden has served as president and CEO of Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories and as president of LiveOps. He also led the Enterprise Division of Nuance Communications. Before becoming CEO at VHT, Hayden was president of the consultant firm Technology Advisory Partners.
