Rich Toohey is Vice President, Rewards Member Experience for Marriott Rewards and The Ritz-Carlton Rewards at Marriott International. His current position responsibilities include new member acquisition, program activation, Elite member retention, Rewards Guest Services, and all aspects of member communications. Rich has shared his CRM expertise in presentations to various Marriott stakeholder groups, corporate partners, and at industry conferences.
Rich previously worked in Database Marketing, Sales Transformation, and Marketing Research roles at Marriott. Prior to joining Marriott, he worked for RJR-Nabisco in Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering roles. Rich has an MBA with a Marketing concentration from Wake Forest University and a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Virginia Tech. He lives in Maryland with his wife, son, and daughter and enjoys golf, hiking, running, and attending all types of sporting events.
