Rich Toohey is President of Resolvere Insights LLC, a marketing consultancy helping clients across a wide range of industries with projects related to Loyalty, Customer Experience, and Customer Engagement. In addition to consulting, Rich is an adjunct marketing instructor for Virginia Tech's Executive MBA program, The University of Maryland's Smith School of Business, and Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies.
Rich brings a deep understanding of how to create and strengthen customer relationships based on over 20 years of marketing experience at Marriott International. He held a variety of marketing-related positions at Marriott including leadership roles with Marriott Rewards where he led efforts that successfully improved member experience and loyalty through program innovation, CRM activation, new communications strategies, benefit enhancements and omnichannel integrations such as Elite Rollover Nights
