Jim has thirty plus years of experience in all facets of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT).  He has gained extensive knowledge in the areas of management, sales / marketing, presales, consulting, data base concepts, systems analysis and systems design, in both the business and public sectors of industry.

Jim is currently employed as a Sr. CRM Solutions Architect for Avanade who is the leading technology integrator specializing in the Microsoft enterprise platform.  As a CRM Solutions Architect, Jim works closely with other Solutions Architects, the Avanade consulting workforce, as well as individuals from Accenture and Microsoft to architect and build Enterprise Microsoft CRM assets and industry solutions that are used as strategic differentiators by our global CRM consulting group. 

 

Jim has added other professinal accomplishments by being employed with Microsoft and SAP.
