Paul Kelly is an Executive Solutions Manager at FedEx in Sales Effectiveness. Paul has global PMO responsibility for a value-added framework called Sales Playbook that allows stakeholders to engage the FedEx sales force, yet keep sales in the crucial business of selling. Sales Playbook provides business owners a single point of access to obtain resources and prioritization for sales requests while optimizing sales deliverables from planning through launch. Paul leads a customer-focused team that constantly improves Sales Playbook.
Paul holds an MBA and is PMP certified. In previous roles, he held various Marketing leadership roles, notably in International Marketing where he managed a multi-billion dollar international product portfolio. Paul’s leadership of the largest service expansion in company history helped FedEx increase its US market share 250 points over the previous two quarters despite a recession and downturned market. For his outstanding performance, Paul received a corporate award presented to the top 1% of employees.
