Jim has more then 30 years of experience working with businesses, both large and small, on the selection and implementation of CRM technology solutions. Prior to founding CRM Mastery in 2004, Jim was the Senior Product Manager for Predictive CRM Applications with SPSS, Inc. where he was responsible for building a predictive analytic CRM solutions business.
