Bob Dunfee is the Director, WW CRM Solutions at Infor. In this position Bob assists in key strategies for Infor CRM, Social CRM as well as being a liaison between R&D, Product Marketing and Sales. Bob has over 27 years of technology, sales & marketing experience in the telecommunications, financial, retail and technology sectors with a focus on customer relationship management, customer experience, data warehousing and associated technologies to support the solutions. He has worked with many leading enterprises including AT&T, USAA, MoO, MGM, Rogers, Navy Federal Credit Union, Bank of America to name a few. Bob has also held other key technical and sales roles at hardware and software technology firms providing enterprise business solutions for Fortune 500 corporations (Pyramid Technology, SGI, Convergys). Bob holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
