Nitin Badjatia
Director, CX Strategy and Knowledge Solutions, RightNow Technologies
Nitin Badjatia serves as Director, CX Strategy and Knowledge Solutions at RightNow Technologies.  In those roles, he is called upon to work with key clients to define long term customer experience strategies.  Nitin's focus is on how the key asset of knowledge can be used by clients to optimize customer interactions.

Prior to RightNow, Nitin was Director, Business Strategy at KNOVA Software, a leading support-centric knowledge management vendor.  He also held senior positions within the financial services practices at both Siebel Systems and Oracle.

Nitin holds a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, and has done post graduate study in Management Information Systems at Columbia University.
