Mr. Zanon has been working in the banking industry since 1989 and has extensive experience as a branch manager. At the present time, he is the Head of CRM, leading a department of 18 people organized in 3 different areas (Commercial, Analytical and Operational). His main responsibilities are to generate all the commercial actions of the bank (branches and channels), as well as to provide relevant business information to all the business units so that they can make informed decisions. He is also the manager of a private banking and internet business in the Canary Islands.
