John-Michael Knowles is an experienced Director with a concentration on strategy development, assisting clients with business process definition/redesign and delivering complex enterprise IT projects for large Education (K-12) and Public Sector customers.

He is responsible for business development and the delivery of IT consulting services to education (K-12) and public sector clients. In this role he manages the delivery of SaaS/PaaS based solutions and the implementation of complex systems integration / IT implementations and business process redesign efforts for Federal, State, Local customers.

Projects and Business Development efforts that he has been involved with include:

(NYC Department of Education, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), USAID/AED, Washington DC Public Schools (DCPS), E.L. Haynes-Charter School, USDA, Obama Presidential Inauguration Committee (PIC), US Army, Make-A-Wish and U.N. World Food Programme)

He has direct experience in emerging technologies including: SaaS (Salesforce/Oracle/Siebel OnDemand), PaaS (Salesforce), Web 2.0 technologies (Google Apps), Telephony Infrastructure (Cisco) and Collaboration tools.
