Client Services Director, The Relationship Marketing Factory
Jennifer Rabuck is the Director of Client Services for The Relationship Marketing Factory, a virtual DM/CRM Agency and oversees direct marketing campaigns, online and offline sales teams, and call center operations throughout the US. She joined The RM Factory in 2006 after ten years at Wunderman, a Young & Rubicam company, where she was Campaign Strategist, responsible to provide direction to Fortune 500 companies in the High Tech and Telecommunications verticals. At The RM Factory, Jennifer is responsible for strategizing, developing and managing highly complex marketing and sales programs to meet clients' aggressive sales quotas. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's of Science degree with concentrations in Physics and Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.
