Charlie Isaacs has been VP of Engineering of GTE and Platinum Technology (sold to Computer Associates) and CTO of Broad Daylight (Primus/ATG) and Kana Software, Inc. Charlie holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UCSB and an MBA from California Lutheran University. Charlie is responsible for all the eServices and Social Media Engineering projects at Alcatel-Lucent.
