Ryan Pellet is vice president of global business units for Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management. Ryan is responsible for the management of Convergys' portfolio of standardized and differentiated consulting offerings, and leads Convergys' application of analytics to the company's Billion Plus customer experiences/interactions. He also serves as the strategic thought leader and managing executive founder of Convergys' Applied Customer Experience/Analytics Institute (ACE Institute). He reports to Andrea Holko, senior vice president in Convergys' Global Business Unit. Prior to his current appointment, Pellet has held a number of executive positions within, Convergys including vice president of consulting for the Customer Management (CM) line of business and later vice president of global consulting services. Before joining Convergys, Pellet founded the Finali Professional Services Group prior to its acquisition by Convergys, Pellet also served as a founding contributor to Accenture's Global Customer Relationship Management Practice. Ryan earned his degrees in marketing, finance, and international business from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he continues to lecture on service- based economics.
