
Rosemarie Truman is the Executive Vice President of the Advanced Group of companies. She has 18 years of global strategy and transformation program execution experience working with C-suites and Board of Directors as well as senior leadership teams of the largest companies in nearly every industry segment. Rosemarie's industry experience is concentrated in: medical device, life sciences, electronics, oil & gas, financial services, high tech (mobile, software and hardware), and private equity. Rosemarie has run several multi-country programs and has made a significant positive net profit impact of 10-50% in 90% of transformation programs she has directed. Key areas of expertise include: growth breakthroughs, portfolio "right-sizing", R&D transformation, market, brand and IT strategy. She is sought after for her thought leadership around significant international, transformation programs as well as growth breakthrough innovation. She has three patents pending on the operation, business model and financial model aspects of growth and breakthroughs.
At Advanced Clinical, Rosemarie has used her "breakthrough innovation" experience to conceptualize and implement a new paradigm for clinical research solutions. A key component of this paradigm shift is a game-changing framework called "Industry Leading R&D Performance" (ILRDP). ILRDP has been scrutinized by numerous MD, PhDs in the industry and the model has been called "the Holy Grail" by executives in the Life Sciences industry.
Rosemarie previously was a partner with PRTM. While at PRTM, Rosemarie led growth breakthrough innovation thought leadership. One of her significant accomplishments at PRTM was in leading the growth strategy and transformation for one of the largest Communications companies in the world. Rosemarie also served as an Associate Partner at IBM. At IBM, Rosemarie was one of the key leaders who led the transformation and identified growth breakthroughs for the Emerging Business Opportunity organization that served to drive ~$16B in growth over three years. She also started and successfully grew the Innovation practice while at IBM.
Fifty percent of Rosemarie's growth and transformation experience is outside of the US, and she is conversant in French, German, Danish, Spanish and English.
Rosemarie performed her undergraduate work at Princeton and Smith College and has degrees in Economics, Math and Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. She has a "mini-MBA" from Insead and Harvard. Rosemarie also pursued a PhD from Oxford University in the UK.
