James Perazzo is the Director of Business Development and Performance Management for New York City's customer-facing information sources: the 311 Customer Service Center, 311 Online, and the City's website NYC.gov. James has led the evolution and expansion of business intelligence within City government to support the Mayor's goals of transparency and open government.
