Jim is a Vice President at UnitedHealthcare National Accounts segment and is responsible for CRM solutions, sales analysis and reporting.  He is an experienced business leader and currently leads a high performing team that recently implemented a new CRM system designed for the National Accounts front line sales and support teams.  Jim is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business and is a CPA with a background in public accounting.
