Chenda Fruchter is an Assistant Commissioner responsible for content, agency relations and social media for New York City's 311 Customer Service Center. She leads a team of analysts, designers and operations experts that provide the knowledge management system and processes that are the foundation of NYC 311.

Chenda previously worked at telecommuncations start up and with not-for-profit agencies.  She has a Master's from NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Project.
