
Matt Brady has over 12 years of business technology leadership experience, and is currently the Director of Sales Automation at TransUnion. TransUnion is a global leader in credit and information management, working with businesses and consumers to gather, analyze and deliver the information needed to allow businesses to better manage risk and customer relationships and consumers to better understand and manage credit to achieve their financial goals. TransUnion has more than 50,000 customers in five continents. Matt oversees the CRM platform that is used for sales, business planning, customer support, and back-office users. Each month these users track 1,500 leads, 500 opportunities, 1,500 cases, and 15,000 tasks, all through the SalesForce.com on-demand platform. Matt has also established a Sales Force Automation Center of Excellence, which provides expertise in process, tooling, and measurement for TransUnion’s sales operations around the world. Matt has a BS in Technology from Purdue University, and an MBA in Strategy, Innovation, and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Matt was a finalist in the 2007 Kellogg Cup entrepreneurship competition, and a presenter at the 2008 DreamForce Global Gathering on the topic of integrating multi-channel sales & support. His team has been selected as a finalist for a 2009 Stevie Award, nominated in the category of Best Use of Technology in Customer Service (winner will be announced Feb 9). He is active in family and coaching, serves at his church, and has a specific interest in volunteer management at non-profit organizations.
