Joe McLaughlin
VP of Consulting Services, ISM, Inc.

Mr. McLaughlin manages consulting operations for ISM.  He is responsible for allocation of ISM resources and he actively participates in client projects as a subject matter expert, executive interface, and advisor.


Mr. McLaughlin has over 24 years of business management experience in a wide variety of industries.  He has demonstrated success in the areas of business development, operations management, sales, and project management.  Mr. McLaughlin has successfully managed business line expansions, and software implementation projects.


Prior to joining ISM, Mr. McLaughlin was Vice President of Customer Relations for a firm that delivered business process improvement consulting, and technology solutions to clients primarily in the electric utility and engineering services markets.  As a Project Manager, he has directed the implementation of several enterprise application platforms including CRM solutions.


Mr. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Delaware and a Master of Sciences degree from Drexel University.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute.
