For retailers it’s all about meeting rising customer expectations for channels, choices, and convenience.
 
The May 2013 white paper based on a survey of 3,043 U.S. shoppers shows the extent to which consumers now want to be able to switch seamlessly between shopping channels. For instance, 62 percent of online shoppers say they are more likely to shop with a retailer that allows them to buy online and then make a return at the store. Forty-four percent say they are more likely to shop with a retailer that allows them to buy something online and then pick it up in person. Learn much more.
