Beginning with the 2010 CRM Market Awards, the nomination period for the awards will close on April 30th each year.

The winners will be announced at the annual CRM Evolution conference in August, and full details of the winners and runners-up appear in the August issue of CRM magazine.

The winners of the 2009 CRM Market Awards were announced on Aug. 24, 2009, at the CRM Evolution 2009 conference in New York, and full details of the winners and runners-up appear in the September 2009 issue.

 In each of the 10 vendor categories, there is one "Market Winner" (top in the category)
and several "Market Leaders" (other finalists); just be certain that any images you access match up with awards specifically.

The Market Leader Awards

The Market Leader Awards rate the top five vendors in 10 categories based on a composite score that includes revenue, revenue growth, market share, customer wins, reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of product functionality, and company direction. Leaders will be rated in the following categories:

  • Enterprise Suite CRM
  • Midmarket Suite CRM
  • Small Business Suite CRM
  • Business Intelligence
  • Sales Force Automation
  • Incentive Management
  • Marketing Solutions
  • Data Quality
  • Open-Source CRM
  • Consultancies

The CRM Influential Leader Awards
