This position is part of the Customer Insights and Analytics Team at Sysco Corporation. The primary focus is to lead cross-functional efforts to increase customer engagement and value by enhancing personalization capabilities and activation, including online ordering platform, as well as direct to customer programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the activation of analytical insights from personalization engine to drive business value with various teams
  • Partner with Sysco Labs, Sales and Marketing leaders to incorporate personalization in all customer interactions seamlessly across channels
  • Partner with business technology leaders to implement technology systems in support of pilot phases and activation at scale
  • Identify and manage the key personalization programs and features and facilitate the prioritization and evaluation of value and feasibility
  • Assess program impacts to the customer experience and manage cross-functional alignment with prototype design and processes changes
  • Measure the value contribution of personalization across channels, and optimize activation plan
  • Support change management processes, and integrate ongoing learning of personalization into all customer facing entities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Marketing or other similar degrees from a top tier educational institution
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with top-tier consulting firms, marketing agency, or comparable role in corporate setting

 

Skills:

  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to tailor traditional methodologies to support agile product development; able to communicate project strategy and status across a broad audience at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to use various innovative media from structured PowerPoint presentations to videos and images to ‘tell the story’ for executive and frontline audiences
  • Excellent interviewing and presentation skills appropriate for both small and large group settings and with audiences ranging from the executive level to middle management
  • Must be able to think conceptually, strategically, and creatively with little oversight or direction (i.e. display thought leadership vs. simply “do” or execute something that was developed or directed by someone else)
  • Able to distill complex ideas and approaches to their essence and present them in a simplified, yet compelling manner
  • Ability to understand basic data science concepts in order to support the analytic product development to ensure key program milestones are successfully achieved
