The opportunity: Head of International CRM

Location: Madrid

What will you do?

  • Lead CRM strategy and operation internationally (40+ markets)

  • Inspire and grow a dedicated CRM team

  • Define Global CRM strategy taking into account each market differences

  • Improve this channel efficiencies

  • Keep our company cutting edge in CRM technology

  • Build and enhance world class best practices

  • Define and improve workflows

  • Connect with product team to lead improvement in CRM technology

  • Strongly collaborate with fellow marketing leaders (markets & channels leads) to impact the business

  • Positioned yourself as the ultimate expert on that field in our company

You

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in related fields: Marketing, Business etc.

  • Minimum 10-year experience in online business, e-commerce with a demonstrable success track.

  • Strong Experience in CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) with demostrable success track

  • Team leader who make people get together, give the best of themselves and create culture

  • Team player than easily collaborate with fellow marketing leaders and other departments leaders

  • Always think on how to improve and run tests constantly

  • International experience that lead to understand differences between markets, culture and how it impact how CRM must be rolled out and that communication tools might change from market to market.

  • Results & data oriented

  • Strategic thinker

  • Business-minded approach, able to move from the big picture/ strategic perspective to quick turnaround tactical execution – not afraid to roll up sleeves and get hands on.

  • Passion and conviction for ideas and proposals – collaborator with first-rate communication and influencing skills

  • English is required. Any other language is a plus.
