This position reports to the Associate Director for Technology and Data Management, and will be responsible for the following:
  • Develops and manages the overall CRM communications plan (frequency, timing, messaging) for OES with current outreach event dates, emails, e-newsletters, alumni testimonials, etc.
  • Manages the integrity of the data by conducting weekly suspect duplicate checks, removal of outdated contacts, email, etc.
  • Manages all imports into Hobsons Connect
  • Implements and manages successful, highly measurable CRM programs pinpointing specific enrollment goals and targeted audiences
  • Support in the development and implementation of a communications plan that identifies clear goals and strategies.
  • Work with the Office of Enrollment Services to ensure that all student and faculty communications have a student-centered focus and are in line with the College's brand message.
  • Leads the effort of internal groups in our communications, marketing and admissions teams to support existing CRM programs.
  • Manages the plan to develop new CRM programs around the "refresh" brand campaigns.
  • Generates measurement reports to determine the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Content development and management for a variety of platforms, including website, social media, and email.
