Job Summary

Our client is looking to add Leadership to their team. Their focus would be specialized where one would oversee the registration/intake staff. This individual would supervise the floor staff and develop standards and quality metrics to measure their impact. The would also manage the schedule of the team and hold them accountable operationally for their daily calls by monitoring the queues. In addition they would recruit, interview and train their teams while ensuring quality assurance across operations. They may be asked to take elevated calls as well.

Applicants Must Have:

1.) 2-6 years of experience acting as a Supervisor within a customer service or healthcare environment.

2.) 2-6 years experience training, tracking, assessing and providing feedback to clinical and operational staff in order to drive efficiencies in operational performance.

3.) Technical understanding of basic BI reporting and exposure to call center cisco phones would be helpful.
