Mr. Combopiano has been a CRM specialist since 1997, and is currently Senior Manager of CRM, Analytics, and Predictive Analytics for the US Commercial Lending division of BMO Harris Bank, a position he has held for 8 years.
Working so closely with such richly varied volumes of data, he became interested in the power of predictive analytics, and is almost finished earning a Masters of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. At BMO Harris Bank, Mr. Combopiano's team specializes in implementing cross-line of business predictive analytics projects within CRM platforms with goals such as identification and prioritization of cross-sell candidates, forecasting sales cycle velocity and expected revenue, early identification of likely defectors and detractors, and many more exciting endeavors.
Though graduate school has taken quite a toll on the quality and frequency of his artistic output, in between thoughts of mean square errors and areas under curves, as time allows he plays trumpet in Chicago-area swing bands.
