Anthony is responsible globally for SAP Jam product business development; focused on developing market opportunities for the social collaboration platform which enables SAP customers to connect more with their customers, partners and employees through new digital, socially inspired, interaction models.

Prior to this Anthony was responsible for Solution Management of SAP’s Sales, Service and Marketing Solutions, pushing innovation to improve customer insight and intimacy in ways that delight customers and exceeds expectations. Joining SAP in 2009 from Oracle, Anthony previously held roles of Head of CRM on Demand Product Management, EMEA and EMEA Chief Technology Director for Siebel, during this tenure which started in 1997, he was recognised as one of the founding members of the organisation, a leading authority on Siebel solution design and implementation, and for influencing many areas of the products design, growth and sales execution strategy.

In advance of his 25+years in the technology sector, Anthony worked in the construction industry, where he pioneered innovative software solutions for supporting customer-facing activities.
