[x+1], a provider of digital marketing and data management software, today announced the integration of the Origin Digital Marketing Hub with Oracle's RightNow CX Cloud Service.
This integration will allow RightNow CX users to take full advantage of [x+1]'s Origin Digital Marketing Hub. [x+1] has also attained Gold Partner status in the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) based on its ability to deeply integrate with Oracle's Rightnow CX Cloud Service.

Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Services can be connected to and powered by [x+1]'s rich decisioning and business rules across chat, email, Web and other channels. [x+1]'s Predictive Optimization Engine (POE) operates in real time, responding to customer-specific experiences, to deliver messages that are optimized for business goals like conversion, cross-sell, up-sell, customer satisfaction, cost to service, or others.
