Movable Ink Partners with Pega to Provide Consumers with Next-Best Actions in Email Campaigns

Movable Ink, providers of a content platform for digital marketers, has partnered with Pegasystems, a provider of software for customer engagement, to enable companies to personalize email campaigns using artificial intelligence-powered next-best actions.

The partnership will result in the combination of Pega's ability to facilitate the right action for every customer in real time with Movable Ink's ability to test and generate personalized content across email and other channels. Companies can now seamlessly use both Pega's and Movable Ink's technology to power email messages with relevant and compelling image-based offers in real time.
