MySLA.com, an ASP delivering service level management support, has selected Visionyze Analytics, from Visionyze.com, to access, measure and analyze network, Web and e-commerce performance metrics to deliver real-time quality of service to its customers. Visionyze Analytics will enable MySLA.com to offer measurement and reporting services that combine remote access with network and application performance measurement technologies to deliver metrics that allow business
managers to focus on key QOS issues.

Wanted Technologies, a syndicator of online career centers for e-businesses, has been selected to power the job metasearch function within the career development channels of Medster.com, ScienceWise.com and RecruiterConnection.com. WT seamlessly integrates its solution into its partner sites, allowing its clients' end users to search more than 97 career sites simultaneously and access more than three million job offers in the United states alone.

CRM company Targetbase has been retained by Nabisco to provide counsel and develop targeted
solutions for the company's CRM program, launching in 2001. Targetbase will help Nabisco define, manage and monitor relationships between brands and consumers to increase profitability through Targetbase's integration of technology, analytics and communications.

GeoLearning.com, a developer of Internet- and intranet-based training solutions for companies
and government agencies, was chosen by SITEL, an eCRM provider, to create a customized online corporate learning and development center. SITEL University, the new online center, will use a version of GeoLearning.com's GeoLearning Center to provide Web-based courses for SITEL's 3,500 supervisory and management employees.

Guardian Capital Advisors, an investment management company, chose Janna Systems, an eRM provider for the financial services industry, to deploy its eRM solution, Janna Contact Enterprise. JCE integrated with Guardian's portfolio management accounting system, placing the information at the account managers' fingertips.

Firstlogic, a developer of enterprise data quality
solutions, will use Primus eCRM software to manage all points of customer contact by providing self and assisted service via the Web. Primus eServer and Primus eSupport will provide a Web-based interface for Firstlogic's customer care operation, offering customers a variety of avenues for addressing their customer
support needs. Customers may opt for self-service via the Internet or select among multiple channels to interact with a customer service representative.

KnowEx Solutions has announced that three new clients will be utilizing its eCRM solution. Myrecruiter.com's clients will be able to chat with live recruitment specialists, stream content and conduct live interviews. Foodservice.com will create virtual trade shows and use the solution to communicate internally in its employment section. And Netsetgoods.com will provide customer service and sales support for people looking to purchase its products.

Symix Systems and Agile Software have partnered to provide Symix's midmarket manufacturing customers with supply chain collaboration capabilities. Symix will use Agile Anywhere, a Web-based suite of product
content management applications that enable supply chain partners to publish, manage and collaborate on product content in real-time via the Internet. Using Agile Anywhere, Symix customers can extend development efforts across their supply chain, collaborating with
suppliers to speed product development and delivery.

CHI Consulting and Burnham Nationwide have announced the implementation of the sales and
marketing series from Siebel Front Office. The integrated
system provides Burnham Nationwide the basis for rapid expansion of its building permit expediting
service. CHI Consulting will implement the Siebel eChannel solution that will enable mid-market
companies to increase their customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Pegasystems, a provider of rules-based Internet-
architected electronic CRM solutions, announced that Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, a German credit institution, has implemented Pegasystem's payment solutions. The software aims to automate payments investigations processing and resolve payment discrepancies faster, adding a point-of-contact problem resolution to its CRM capability. The solution will also enable WestLB to differentiate its
control procedures through superior service delivery.

UrbanMedia, an onsite service provider, has selected Siebel's eCommunications applications to support its nationwide operations. The applications enable UrbanMedia to acquire new customers and deliver consistent, personalized service across phone, e-mail and Internet communications channels. eCommunications applications provide UrbanMedia with a unified view of each subscriber, allowing the marketing managers, call center agents and sales associates to share and leverage information.

Kern Schools Federal Credit Union has selected the Intarsia CRM software solution to enhance its marketing programs. With the Intarsia solution, Kern Schools can
target direct mail programs to specific audiences, produce customized reports based on a broad range of standardized templates and quickly update its customer information database. In addition, the company has the option to have multiple users to log onto the system simultaneously.

Intrawest, a developer and operator of village-centered resorts across North America, has selected the Pivotal eRelationship 2000 and Pivotal eSelling 2000 demand chain network solutions. These Microsoft-based solutions will power Intrawest's new Web destination and offer
personalized vacation planning, reservations and CRM.

MarketSoft, a provider of B2B e-marketing solutions, will employ its eLeads to extend the lead management capabilities of sales force automation ASP provider mynetsales.com's existing sales management service. Mynetsales can now offer its users an effective lead flow optimization and management tool. eLeads will be
seamlessly integrated into mynetsales' existing SFA
system. Marketsoft's lead management solution prioritizes inquiries, adds demographic and other intelligence and delivers them to the appropriate sales representative.

Compaq's global marketing communications organization selected Aprimo Marketing to support its e-
business initiatives with the goal of improving worldwide communications and efficiency. Aprimo will link Compaq in real-time to hundreds of corporate communications employees worldwide, as well as members of its marketing value chain, including its advertising and
public relations agencies.

Creative Labs Europe, a provider of personal digital entertainment solutions, has chosen eGain Mail to
provide e-mail service and response times for visitors to Creative's technical support Web site. The system enables Creative Labs to route, track and respond to high
volumes of customer e-mails and Web form submissions, while providing the scalability, rapid deployment and flexibility to allow customer support teams to respond to customer inquiries at any time.

ZAMBA Solutions, a provider of customer-centric solutions for business, recently has secured several
customers. The company will provide CRM strategies, customer intelligence, e-commerce and wireless and
contact center solutions for United Health Care, General Mills and Hewlett-Packard.

Chase Manhattan Bank has selected Kana Communications, an eCRM solutions company to deploy Kana Response and Kana Classify with the goal of handling the bank's increasing online customer service demands. Kana Response enables e-businesses to respond to, monitor and manage e-mail messages and Web forms. Kana Classify, a scalable automation
solution, uses artificial intelligence technology to route, auto-suggest and auto-respond better to inbound
customer inquiries. Using Kana, Chase has decreased its inquiry response time to less than two hours.

GETGO Mail.com has agreed to license zibio.com's Unified Messaging technology. Zibio.com will purchase 250 GETGO mail cards and the license to operate them as a pilot for its marketplace portal site. Zibio intends to test its subscriber market by making the cards available
to a subset of existing subscribers.

Wireless ASP provider GeePS.com has aligned with SignalSoft, a platform and applications developer of wireless location services. GeePS has developed a set
of proprietary hosted services to help brick-and-mortar companies increase foot traffic and maximize revenue. Using SignalSoft's local info application, GeePS will enable these merchants to communicate with wireless consumers based on their locations.

eVista, the e-commerce division of The Vista Technology Group, will provide free software applications to manufacturers and retailers who are trading partners linked through the UCCnet. The program is offered through a three-phase process and will offer an inexpensive version of the company's Transaction Agent software that includes systems adapters that can be linked to UCCnet.
