  • Midmarket CRM ACCPAC International has released a major upgrade to the company's CRM application for small and midsize businesses.   • Analytics SPSS has introduced Predictive Text Analytics, its text-mining solution that can be customized for analytical CRM.   • Telesales E.piphany and Concerto have teamed up to help telesales organizations increase success rates and improve contact center productivity while complying with federal regulations.   • Marketing automation MarketSoft has released its DemandMore-Revenue suite, a set of products aimed at accelerating revenue growth by automating, managing, and measuring the processes of revenue creation. By treating revenue as an enterprisewide process, MarketSoft says, organizations should be able to seize new revenue opportunities from diverse sources, including marketing responses, inbound inquiries, qualified referrals, suspect lists, Web hits, and triggered events, and effectively manage them across functions, business lines, and channels to achieve extraordinary results. www.marketsoft.com
  • Hosted CRM PeopleSoft has unveiled a new portfolio of application hosting and management services for PeopleSoft Enterprise, PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne, and PeopleSoft World customers. The hosting platform comes in three versions: Value, which supports up to 100 users; Enhanced, which can host PeopleSoft applications for up to 300 users; and Ultimate, which the company claims can handle application hosting for the largest of enterprises. PeopleSoft also announced its Remote Hosting program, which allows companies to deploy PeopleSoft applications on site, while PeopleSoft provides application maintenance support like applying patches, proactive performance tuning, and database administration. www.peoplesoft.com
  • Customer support FrontRange Solutions has released HEAT Service & Support 8.0. The new version of the service management solution provides customers with a business activity view of service and support, and features such significant enhancements as an updated user interface and new, improved service-level and change-management capabilities.   • Marketing automation CentrPort announced the release of the CentrPort E-Business Marketing Platform version 4.0, the latest version of its real-time dialogue-marketing platform. This release focuses on bolstering the platform's ability to transform existing mass marketing systems into a coordinated one-to-one marketing channel.   • Midmarket CRM Maximizer Software has announced it will include Crystal Decisions' report writing tools in upcoming versions of its CRM and contact management software.
