Vtiger, a developer of small and medium business customer relationship management applications, has launched an integrated email campaigns tool as the newest addition to its cloud CRM package. CRM subscribers can now launch targeted email campaigns and see how recipients engage with each campaign.
Vtiger CRM is already equipped with lead-capture, marketing management, and end-to-end sales and support process automation tools as well as a variety of business and team management tools. Email campaigns will add another level of depth to Vtiger's customer nurturing capabilities, according to a company statement.
"Unlike other email marketing services, Vtiger's integrated campaigns help sales teams identify new up-sale and cross-sale opportunities by showing them each contact's level of interest in each campaign's content," Kieran Kay, Vtiger's marketing manager, says.
According to Kay, Vtiger email campaigns are easy to target and launch, but powerful. Users can create a targeted recipient list by filtering on any information stored in CRM contact records, and can then select a predesigned template, or create one from scratch using a rich text or HTML editor.
Once a campaign has been sent, a report detailing the aggregate engagement metrics, such as opens and clicks, can be used to design more impactful future campaigns, or engagement data available in each recipient's contact record can be used to identify individual contacts' interests.
The email tool's capabilities feature precise targeting to specific contacts; deep engagement analytics including aggregate and individual engagement metrics such as recipients, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes; and the Individual Campaign Interest functionality, which can provide sales and customer-facing teams with an evaluation of the level of interest of each marketing message.
