Tumblr and Simply Measured Introduce Enterprise-Class Analytics
New reports help marketers measure performance in context with other social networks.

Two months following its acquisition by Yahoo!, Tumblr is partnering with Simply Measured to introduce enterprise-level analytics for marketers to analyze engagement, benchmark against competitors, and measure performance in context with other social networks. Made possible through an integration with Gnip's full access to the Tumblr data fire hose, the offering features four comprehensive reports, available today to all Simply Measured customers.

Users can now measure Tumblr alongside other channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vine, LinkedIn, and Google+, to show the relationship between content marketing, traffic and audience interactions. Reports include:

  • Tumblr Blog Report: Analyze the engagement of posts, understand the amplification and longevity of reblogs, track follower growth and engagement, and identify brand influencers.
  • Tumblr Blog Report with Google Analytics: Measure all aspects available in the Tumblr Blog report and include data around traffic sources and user behavior.
  • Tumblr Competitive Analysis: Benchmark against any 10 Tumblr blogs for posts, reblogs, amplification, and even engagement outside of Tumblr.
  • Complete Social Media Snapshot: Measure efforts on Tumblr in context with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vine, LinkedIn, and Google+. Compare audience size and growth and post engagement across all major networks.
