IDS Scheer North America, a provider of business-process excellence services and tools, announced Tuesday that it has expanded its partnership with Intalio. The companies have agreed to further integrate IDS Scheer's ARIS Toolset with Intalio|n3, a standards-based and platform-neutral Business Process Management System (BPMS), enabling both companies to incorporate BPM standards such as BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language). According to Dr. Mathias Kirchmer, CEO of IDS Scheer North America, the partnership will also extend into the area of business intelligence. "We will also work with Intalio to integrate the ARIS Process Cost Analyzer and the ARIS Process Performance Manager into the Intalio|n3 Server to deliver a real-time Business Process Intelligence solution." Deals of the week... NetSuite announced that it has acquired new agricultural market customers Central Valley Processing, a large almond processing company; Alligator River Growers, a 4,000-acre farm in North Carolina; and Snapperfarm, a fish farm based in Puerto Rico. ACCPAC International announced the signing of Infinity Info Systems, Customer FX, Spinnaker Network Solutions, Ascendix Technologies, and Harvest Solutions as solution providers for its ACCPAC CRM software. Witness Systems announced that Archway Marketing Services, a provider of integrated marketing execution services, has deployed the eQuality customer interaction recording software in its Canadian contact centers. Harte-Hanks announced that Land Rover North America has selected its Allink Automotive solution for the enhancement of its direct marketing programs. Edocs announced that Tufts Health Plan has selected and deployed edocs' software platform for e-billing, e-payment, and online customer care. According to the company, employers and brokers can now use the Tufts HP Web site to preview bills, sort and filter billing data, make and track roster and coverage adjustments, and receive account-related reports and communications.
The Dallas Morning News signed eVerge Group to implement the new Incentive Compensation Management system from Siebel Systems. eVerge Group will use the solution to automate and manage the commissions and compensation plans of the newspaper's advertising sales organization. Beazer Homes USA has selected Pivotal Corporation's Homebuilder Front Office to support its customer care processes. Users can access a comprehensive repository of customer information, review the home history, and manage the complete service cycle, including automatically dispatching contractors and tracking service requests. Aprimo, an enterprise marketing management company, announced the win of several new customers, including Countrywide Financial Corporation, a financial services provider; Columbia TriStar Film Distributors International, a unit of Sony Pictures Entertainment; and Computer Associates International, a management software company. Connextions Health announced that it will develop and operate a call center solution for Florida Hospital, part of Adventist Health System, providing training and implementing a population and disease management program. Executive changes... Epsilon appointed Steven Roth to the newly created position of chief privacy officer. Roth will direct Epsilon's privacy policies and practices, as well as help increase public awareness of the company's role in these areas. Roth will continue to serve his position as Epsilon's vice president of CRM strategy and planning. Harte-Hanks announced the promotion of Belinda Casper to managing director of direct marketing in its Jacksonville facility. Casper has served in a variety of positions at Harte-Hanks over the past 16 years.
