SugarCRM today announced the general availability of the spring release of Sugar 6: CRM Made Simple. The company also introduced two new subscription offerings with a broader range of flexible, intuitive and open CRM solutions.
SugarCRM now offers a far deeper product and service mix, with the significantly expanded feature set and capabilities of the Spring Release of Sugar 6, four subscription options altogether, and more add-ons, on-demand capabilities, and support levels.
Beyond the current Sugar Professional and Enterprise subscription offerings, SugarCRM introduced the Corporate and Ultimate subscription options. Sugar Corporate is tailored to businesses that want to provide their remote and mobile workforces with the most flexible mobile CRM solutions. It includes all the features of Sugar Professional, plus the new Sugar Mobile Plus package, which enables users to work offline, with automatic data synchronization when the mobile device is re-connected to the network.
Sugar Ultimate addresses the comprehensive needs of the larger enterprise. Building on all the features offered in the Sugar Enterprise version, the Ultimate subscription option level includes more storage, sandboxes and server connectors, and the highest level of technical support. Each subscription option gives customers the choice of further configuring additional product and support options in an a-la-carte style.
