New features from Qvidian include the following:

- More Dynamic Capabilities: The ability to combine rule conditions and trigger plays off expanded data sets that update automatically as situations change in selling process.
- Deeper integration with Salesforce.com: Users can drive rules from all Salesforce.com objects and customers can configure CRM update function notifications.
- Expanded SmartURL functionality: Provides a streamlined workflow of access to important content and resources.
