Netop Live Guide 5.6 with new Remote Assistance support capabilities.

Whether assisting with Web site navigation or e-shop checkouts, completing online forms or providing technical assistance, the Live Guide Remote Assistance and Remote View features empower operators to help resolve customers’ technical issues remotely. The new features allow operators to remotely view their customers’ desktops and help both existing and new customers quickly resolve issues.

Along with remote control tools, Netop Live Guide 5.6 includes improvements in the product's audio and video chat quality. The new version allows administrators to add layers of security and encryption for confidential audio and video chats.
