Moxie Software Adds Features to Its Social Knowledgebase

Moxie Software, a provider of customer-centric enterprise social software, has released new features for its Social Knowledgebase.

The new features of Collaboration Spaces, an integral part of Social Knowledgebase, allow users to create, edit, and submit content for certification to the Knowledge Spaces, where it can be certified and published to employees or customers.

The new capabilities include the following:

  • Live edit: Users can edit documents. Once edits are made, the new versions are saved automatically.
  • Drag-and-drop: Users can drag and drop files or folders from their computers directly into Collaboration Spaces folders.
  • Feature tours: Users get a visual introduction to key functionality.
  • Mobile access: Users can access Collaboration Spaces on their iOS mobile devices. The application is now available for download directly at Apple's App Store. An Android app will be available next month.

"Social Knowledge allows enterprises to crowdsource the collective intelligence of their employees to deliver real value to customers by getting them the right answers faster," said Tom Kelly, president and CEO of Moxie Software, in a statement. "Moxie's Social Knowledgebase turns your enterprise into a powerful answer engine by connecting customer questions to answers often hidden right in front of you within your organization."
