LiveOps Forms Strategic Alliance with Concentric Cloud Solutions

LiveOps has formed a strategic alliance with Concentric Cloud Solutions, which has added LiveOps Platform to its Cloud Voice service offerings targeting small and midsized businesses.

The new Concentric Cloud Contact Center service integrates the cloud-based LiveOps Platform and Applications with the Concentric enhanced telephony services network. The solution provides the ability to quickly enable multiple communications channels, including voice, chat, email, and social media, over a single platform and tighter integration with cloud-based CRM databases. In addition, the flexibility of a cloud contact center lets organizations scale up or down quickly to address near real-time business demands.

The solution is geared toward companies in the retail, insurance, high-tech, and financial services industries. Within a matter of weeks companies can deploy contact center applications such as cloud-based screen recording, call flow authoring, multichannel and social media capabilities, and have the ability to provision state-of-the-art functionalities to a distributed workforce.
