Interrelate has deployed the first phase of a campaign management system for cable television and broadband service provider AT&T Broadband, the company announced today.
The Eden Prairie, Minn.-based company is also hosting the CRM solution. The first phase is designed to help the cable television and Internet service provider acquire new customers while offering additional services to its 14 million existing subscribers, Interrelate said.
"Because of our large customer base and growing service offerings, AT&T
Broadband needed to implement a company-wide CRM solution to support our
direct marketing efforts," said Mark Voboril, vice president of CRM and
e-Marketing for AT&T Broadband. The company chose Interrelate for its successful history in implementing, hosting and managing complex CRM solutions, added Voboril.
Interrelate plans to provide AT&T Broadband with ongoing technical and analytical services as well as future CRM tools including campaign management,
personalization and e-mail services.
