Astute Solutions, a provider of customer relationship solutions, is now partnering with Eric Mower + Associates, an integrated marketing communications agency, to offer Astute Social Relationship Management (SRM) to EMA clients. The agency will incorporate Astute SRM into its suite of social media monitoring and analytics products.

Astute SRM monitors millions of Internet sites, including blogs, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook, to find the small percentage of social conversations that impact a brand. It accepts user-created rules to classify posts and can allow users to find market insights by identifying trending topics on social media. Astute SRM also provides workflows for escalation, CRM integration, and managing responses.
